Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete your Movoice AI account and all the personal data associated with it. There are two ways to do this:

Option 1 — In the mobile app (instant)

  1. Open the Movoice AI app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Under Privacy & Data, tap Delete account.
  4. Type your account email to confirm.

Your account and data are deleted immediately and you are signed out. You can also tap Export my data first if you want a copy.

Option 2 — By email

Send a deletion request from the email address on your account to sales@movoice.ai with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request against your account email and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deletion permanently removes your profile, AI agents, call logs, call recordings and transcripts, contacts you synced or created, SMS and WhatsApp conversations, campaigns, integrations, API keys, and account settings. This action cannot be undone.

We may retain a limited amount of information where required by law (for example, basic billing records) or to prevent fraud and abuse, for the minimum period required.

Connected services

If you connected WhatsApp Business, Google Calendar, or other services, deleting your Movoice AI account removes the data and access tokens we stored for them. You may also revoke Movoice's access directly from those providers' settings.
